A credit card is required to hold appointments. We reserve the right to charge a $50 rescheduling fee for changes made within 12 hours of the appointment and a $50 cancellation fee for services not canceled within the 12-hour cancellation period. No-shows will be charged the full price of the service. Prepaid appointments will be credited for future use, with refunds subject to a processing fee. Appointments made within 12 hours are automatically subject to cancellation and rescheduling fees.
