Silver Essential is $89 a month and includes a choice of a 60-minute relaxing massage, a 45-minute neck and shoulder or head and sinus treatment, or a 50-minute classic facial. It also includes one enhancement, 30 minutes of TheraBOT and 10% off spa services and retail. Gold Signature is $139 a month for a signature massage or signature facial with two enhancements. Premium Lifestyle is $279 a month for two signature massages, or a signature massage and premium facial, with its listed benefits.

Start with the service length and the location you can reach comfortably. Both spas are open from 10am to 8pm Monday through Saturday; Sunday hours are 1pm to 8pm. Available appointments depend on the service and therapist schedule.
If one location does not have the time you need, check the other for massage or body treatments. Choose Farragut for facial appointments or a combination that includes a facial.
